Make It Special!

Drinks & Nibbles

  • These are your friends, right? So, let everyone join in making the apps and drinks! Add some Brie if you're inclined to offer a bigger spread.

Cookies Exchanges

  • Choose recipes among your friends. Each bakes enough so everyone brings home a dozen cookies. So for example, if there are six of you, each person makes six dozen cookies.
  • Share recipes via the net - leave it up to everyone to print their own.
  • Purchase inexpensive trays for cookie collecting (one for each guest). Each guest can arrange one dozen of their cookies on each tray. Wrap the trays with red or green plastic wrap.
  • Ways to dress up your cookies:
    • Cut bars into bite-size squares rather than the regular size.
    • Place mini-size bars in mini-size cupcake liners.
